TARGET is an international project supported by the European Union's CERV - Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme. The project develops educational tools and international cooperation in teaching about antisemitism, the Holocaust, mechanisms of exclusion and the protection of democratic values.

Implementation overview to date
The project record connects the initial description, the Iași educator training and study visit, the Potsdam and Berlin programme, and the workshops with historians and graphic-design experts.
Educator training in Iași
Within TARGET, an international training programme for teachers and educators was held in Iași. The programme addressed antisemitism, the Holocaust, fascism, mechanisms of social exclusion and the protection of democratic values through lectures, workshops, educational sessions and visits to sites of remembrance, including the Museum of the Iași Pogrom, Târgu Cucu and the Great Synagogue.
The published materials give educators and the wider public a clear path through the programme, its partner cooperation and selected documentation.
